Hello and welcome! I’m Aidar an experienced international educator, PYP Grade 5 teacher, former Head of Department, and NASEF Esports Mentor. Over the course of my career across Côte d'Ivoire, Russia, Kuwait, and Qatar, I have dedicated myself to creating student-centered learning environments where curiosity thrives and logic meets creativity. Holding both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Education, I combine rigorous inquiry-based frameworks (like IB PYP, Lucy Calkins Workshops, and James Tanton’s Exploding Dots) with innovative engagement strategies — from scholastic Esports to dynamic student leadership programs.
I view teaching as a long-term coaching relationship built on trust, psychological safety, and clear connection. Driven by a spirit of continuous professional growth and active collaboration, I constantly refine my practice with the best tools from around the global educational community. And when I’m not designing transformative learning experiences in the classroom, you’ll likely find me pursuing my unique passion: cultivating a global collection of heritage pumpkins grown from seeds shared by fellow international educators worldwide.
